One (1) scholarship of $2,000 available for Semester 2 of 2010.  This award will be available to students on all campuses of Chisholm Institute undertaking studies in any Diploma or Advanced Diploma course.

Eligibility

This award will be available to students on all campuses of Chisholm Institute undertaking studies in any Diploma or Advanced Diploma course.

Applications made on the Chisholm Board of Directors’ Scholarship Application Form, available via email from the Executive Officer of the Foundation or on the Caroline Chisholm Education Foundation website at www.CarolineChisholm.org.au, will be accepted from existing or prospective students who meet one or more of the following requirements:

 Individual or family adversity
 Excessive relocation or changes of school
 Relocation as a refugee
 Economic barriers to further study
 Existing or prospective students undertaking Diploma or Advanced Diploma courses at Chisholm Institute

Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or hold a permanent humanitarian visa

Holders of a Low Income Card are encouraged to apply

NOTE: It is strongly advised that applicants indicate clearly on the Application Form any disadvantages to further study, which may include current or lifetime experiences.
