This scholarship of $500, funded by the Rotary Club of Mount Eliza, is for a resident of Mt Eliza or the surrounding area undertaking an apprenticeship course at Chisholm Institute.

Eligibility

Applications made on the Stan Spencer Scholarship Application Form will be accepted from pre-apprenticeship or apprenticeship students who meet a number of the following requirements:

 Individual or family adversity
 Excessive relocation or changes of school
 Relocation as a refugee
 Persons 15 – 25 years of age
 Non-payment of training fees by employer
 Resident in Mount Eliza or surrounding area

Holders of a Low Income Card are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or hold a permanent humanitarian visa

NOTE: It is strongly advised that applicants indicate clearly on the Application Form any disadvantages to further study, which may include current or lifetime experiences.
