One (1) scholarship covering fees and charges per annum is available to an eligible student undertaking a full apprenticeship of 3 - 4 years at a TAFE Institute.  The scholarship will commence in 2010.

The apprenticeship is available for studies in the following areas: 

Automotive
Building and Construction
Electronics and Electrical
Engineering and Manufacturing
Environment
Hairdressing*
Hospitality*

*Maximum funding of $800 per annum applies

Eligibility

Applications made on the Rotary Club of Endeavour Hills Scholarship Application Form will be accepted from students who meet a number of the following criteria:

Individual or family adversity
Economic barriers to further study 
Excessive relocation or changes of school
Dislocation as a refugee
Undertaking an apprenticeship
Resident in Endeavour Hills or surrounding area

Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or hold a permanent humanitarian visa

Holders of a Low Income Card are encouraged to apply.
