Scholarship Funding

One (1) scholarship of $1,500 per annum is available for an eligible new or existing student in the business services area commencing in Semester 2 of the 2012 academic year.

Funding is intended for –

 tuition and materials fees
 equipment and books
 other study support eg kits, boots, protective clothing
 travel assistance

Concession on fees will still be available for eligible courses.

Eligibility

Applications made on the Caroline Chisholm Education Foundation Roden Scholarship Application Form will be accepted from new or existing students who meet a number of the following basic requirements:

 individual or family adversity
 excessive relocation or changes of school
 dislocation as a refugee
 economic barriers to further study
 student of Chisholm Institute
 undertaking studies in business services or related field
 engaged in studies at Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma level

Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or hold a permanent humanitarian visa

Holders of a Low Income Card are encouraged to apply.
