Scholarship/Bursary Funding 

Four (4) scholarships of $1,000 are available for eligible students undertaking courses in culinary, events and hospitality in 2012

Funding is intended for –

 tuition and materials fees
 equipment and other study support

Eligibility

Applications made on the Hospitality Scholarship/Bursary Application Form will be accepted from any student wishing to apply who meets several of the following criteria:

 experiencing difficulty paying for fees or materials
 individual or family adversity
 excessive relocation or changes of school 
 dislocation as a refugee
 enrolling or continuing training in Culinary, Event Management or Hospitality qualifications at a TAFE Institute

Applicants must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, hold a permanent humanitarian visa or with the exception of degrees, be eligible for a government subsidised place.

Holders of a Low Income Card are encouraged to apply.

NOTE: It is strongly advised that applicants indicate clearly on the Application Form any disadvantages to further study, which may include current or lifetime experiences.
