Caroline Chisholm Education Foundation Christmas cards were sold to raise funds for a scholarship. The cards bear the message that $5.00 has been donated on the receiver’s behalf and that all proceeds will be put towards the scholarship.
Scholarship Funding
One (1) scholarship of $820 is available to students undertaking vocational training in 2012.
Eligibility
This award will be available to students on all campuses of Chisholm Institute undertaking studies in any course.
Applications made on the Caroline Chisholm Education Foundation Christmas Scholarship Application Form, available below or via email from the Executive Officer of the Foundation will be accepted from existing or prospective students who meet one or more of the following requirements:
Individual or family adversity
Dislocation as a refugee
Economic barriers to further study
Existing or prospective students attending a course at Chisholm Institute
Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or hold a permanent humanitarian visa
Holders of a Low Income Card are encouraged to apply
NOTE: It is strongly advised that applicants indicate clearly on the Application Form any disadvantages to further study, which may include current or lifetime experiences.
